I didn't find any thing in logs.
Issue is resolved. I did perform the clear invalid records on the application that is having the issue. So issue is resolved. I deleted the row from the journal.
1.Go to the workspace console and login as an admin user
2.Open hFM application.
3.Click on Consolidation->Data ->Manage
4.Select the eraser icon the clear invalid records.
