Oracle Linux 5.10
VNCSERVER is already installed
I log in as the oracle user on the server. In my home directory i run "vncserver" - it starts up fine.
But when I connect from my Windows desktop using the client RealVNC I get a connection timeout. Here is the output from the log file:

I see on line 31 that a security policy is preventing the connection, but I'm not sure what setting needs to change. I have SELINUX set to "permissionable".
