We have an issue where an order which contained a PDF file (the order) and a zip file that contains three spreadsheets is being blocked by the recipient's e-mail server because of the attachments (probably the zip file). The notification is marked in the WF_NOTIFICATION table with a status of CLOSED and a mail_status of SENT, just like a successful transmittal. The problem is that the workflow mailer keeps on trying to send the notice to the vendor, with a resulting failure notice being generated each time. We have contacted the vendor, but they have not turned off their blocker. Is there a way to stop the notice from being sent?
