Not sure if this is a universal issue to your user community or a user specific? And does this issue persist when opening HFM using thick client as well?
You may want to try below action on Internet Explore as it may be caused by Internet Explore.
-Open Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to Internet Explorer options.
- In the Internet Options dialog box, select the General tab, and then in the Temporary Internet Files topic,
- In the Settings dialog box, in the Check for newer versions of stored pages topic, select Every visit to the page.
- Retest the issue.
Also make sure that IE is tweaked for Hyperion Modules to work as expected in IE.
Just curious to know if the issue has been fixed or still exists ?
