SQLDEV Version 4.0.0.13 how can get CVS support back

in the earlier versions i could add csv support by seaching thu available updates within the sqldev

untill ea2/3 that addon was shown, but could not be installed. the finak version lacks the addon completely

how can i get the addon back?

strange
i looked it up on a customers installation: the updates are available.
today i downloaded the patch 4.01 and..... guess what.....
yeah, the options are shown as well.

i will not invest more brain-cpu-time and inventigate further. it
