Your forum username suggests that you are a company employee.
If that is true then you put your question to the wrong place.
This is the free, public, end user to end user discussion forum.
You should log an internal service request and have your company-internal people help you.

Not everyone has permission to see what is posted on MOSC.
That is deliberate. People need MOS credentials to view content there.
Again, are you a company employee?
If not, then you need to change your username.
If you are, then you need to use internal resources to solve your issue (such as having the network people permit access to your IP )
