Apex Listener and Win 8 32 Bit

Hi,

I installed APEX Listener 2.0.6 as standalone for database 11.2 on Windows 8 32 Bit Version. I got no Errors and when I started with the listener there was no error message. But when  I tried to use APEX with http://localhost:8080/ords/f?p=101... I got the error 6502 PL/SQL Numeric or value error

I set httpport to 0 with dbms_xdb.

Wehn I used XDB the error did not occur.

When I installed this listener on Win 7 64 Bit on another Server there is no error.

Are there some differences in the listener Versions?

Please help me
