Is it true that iProcurement (R12.1.3) does not support receiving with lot number, serial number and also input of locator? Will Oracle plan to enhance this?
iProcurement is a application which is to be used for Expense Items, primarily for all employees. For all Inventory Items which are costed/ lot or locator controlled, receiving forms must be used.
Another limitation is that iProcurement supports only Receipt routing of Direct Delivery, as most expense items are received in one step.
IMHO, I don't think there is a necessity to include the feature of receiving lot controlled items iProcurement, so I would not expect an enhancement.
