Detailed info on using this is here (pg 19 of the PDF referenced):

          Command Line Interpreter

New in the 11 releases is a copy application utility that accepts command line input. This utility allows for scheduling of copy operations using third party scheduling utilities like the built in Windows Scheduler. The HFM Copy App Command Line Utility in releases 11.1.2+ is located in EPM_ORACLE_HOME\Products\ FinancialManagement \Utilities and for all prior 11.1.1+ releases the location is %Hyperion_Home%\FinancialManagement\Server. The utility is named HfmCopyAppCmd.exe or HfmCopyAppCmd_x64.exe.

The command line utility has the same options as the GUI based utility with the exception being that there is no progress window to look at competed tasks and no option to retry a failed task. In order to run the command line utility, the machine running the utility must have installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package. This package is installed by the EPM 11 release installer so it does not need to be manually installed when running from an HFM application server but it may be necessary to install if the copy utility is run on a database server directly.

          Usage: HfmCopyAppCmd.exe -S="<source UDL>" -s=<source app> -D="<destination UDL>" -d=<destination app>
