Hmm. You are mentioned two different images, which are actually "Splash" screens. To change the "Oracle Forms Services" image or remove it, you should refer to the "splashscreen" parameter in formsweb.cfg. Valid values would be any of these examples:
splashscreen=http://somewhere/someImage.jpg (this likely will result in a Java Mixed Code Warning)
The Java splashscreen can also be changed, but that has less to do with Forms. Refer to the Java Applet Deployment documentation for details. Basically, what you are going to do is add an entry to basejpi.htm that looks something like this:
<PARAM NAME="image" VALUE="myImage.gif">
Alternatively, you could fully qualify it:
<PARAM NAME="image" VALUE="http://somewhere/myImage.gif">
Thank you for your kind response, I tried many times splashscreen=NO in formsweb.cfg file. Even I am getting logo while runnig the form.
please help, help will be appreciable.
DId you also change the java splash screen as Michael suggested ?
Thank you for your response. I have no idea another java splashscreen . I change splashscreen=NO in formsweb.cfg. Please let me no where I need to do more changes.
Please go back and read my post from March 19.
The "splashScreen" parameter is an Oracle Forms parameter that controls the image displayed when the form is about to be rendered. The Java logo/splashscreen you see prior to the Forms applet starting is presented by the Java Runtime Environment and has nothing to do with Oracle Forms. If you do not want to see the Java logo, you will need to do what I mentioned previously. Refer to the Java Applet Deployment Guide for more information.
