    SQL Developer System Preferences

I'm trying to get SQL Developer 4 packaged as an App-V package for VDI. Whenever I close SQL Developer I'm getting a dialog box with the message "Could not save file C:\Users\myname\system4.\o.sqldeveloper.\System.sys". This seems like an App-V limitation, so I'd like to change the path that it's trying to write to. I added the line to sqldeveloper.conf AddVMOption –Duser.home=N:\_VDI\SQLDeveloper where (N:\) is a network mapped drive, but it seems to ignore the path. I've also tested this on my local desktop with the same result.

Does anyone know how to change the location of the system preferences?
