Okay so I am doing a project on Oracle for Ryerson University.
The project is about:
You have just been appointed the Chief Information Officer for a retail company that has 100 stores. On average, the store size is 3,000 sq. ft. and sales per sq. ft. are $500. It sells merchandise similar to Club Monaco.
The company is running Oracle as their ERP vendor and has implemented the Oracle Retail Merchandising System. You have budgeted for two new systems and you have decided to add one application from Oracle’s retail applications, but for the second one you wish to select Best of Breed to satisfy a specific retail need.
I was thinking of using the retail data model or CRM on demand? Would those two work together?
If only RMS (Oracle Retail Merchandising System) has been implemented, you can consider implementing other modules like Sales Audit, price Management etc and for Analytics the Oracle Retail Merchandise Analytics can be suggested which integrates with Oracle Retail RMS etc instead of Oracle Retail Data Model.
