Remote debug to production db with wrapped code

Assuming we have the following scenario:

      - non production database where all code is unwrapped and compiled with debug options.

      - production database that has wrapped code and compiled without debug option. It is required that code must remain wrapped on this environment. Also, it is required that pl/sql code is compiled without debug option.

      - pl/sql code on non production and production environment is on the same revision number i.e. all code on production db is wrapped code that is on non-production db.

Assuming one of the pl/sql units invokes dbms_debug_jdwp.connect_tcp with ip address and port that points to my Sql Developer, will I be able to debug the production environment (that has wrapped code and is compiled without debug option) using Sql Developer?
