OdisendMail not being displayed in Diagram of package

Hi,

Though silly question. I am trying to use OdiSendEmail tool in package. I know that we need to drag and drop the odisendtool from toolbox to diagram area.

the problem nothing is happening when i drag and drop to diagram area.(odisendmail not coming to digaram area of package). searched google for hours..no clue..

Please help
