Please let me know what can be done for the below requirement :
Managers -> Senior Managers -> HR
Manager needs to appraise all the employees under him.
Senior Manager reviews the appraisals done by Manager. If he doesn't agree with Manager's feedback on any employee, he needs to submit a new appraisal for that particular employee and send to HR. HR would receive 2 appraisals for review in such cases (One from Manager and one from Senior Manager)
