I am not sure if there is any such option of restart in WLDF.
1. But, you can enable some jvm options such as below (for jrockit) in the server startup options.

2. If your server is managed by nodemanager, then set CrashRecoveryEnabled to true in the nodemanager.properties file.
The CrashRecoveryEnabled configuration property allows Node Manager to restart servers after a system crash. The property is not enabled by default.
It is always good to understand why there was an OOM issue and try to fix it.
A restart of server on an OOM is just a temporary solution.
If you are starting the managed servers using nodemanager then you can restart the servers automatically if the server goes down and later check why the OOM occurred and try to fix it.
