SOAP exception on opening documents in an application.

      Hi Friends

When I open HFM application(which was working fine before) it throws below error only on accessing Documents (Manage>Documents).

I have tried redeploying, reconfiguring retaining the same DB but nothing worked.
I tried duplicating the app and downloading Documents from LCM from source application and uploading/importing in new application . This worked fine. There was no issue with it.

Can you please let me know any workaround for this?
