I checked the PO Required box on the Transaction Types for the Order Type. When I enter a sales order, the PO Required field is still not mandatory. What am I missing?
Validation will be at the time of booking, if we click on Book Order we will get the error message "Customer PO is required on a booked order."
Thank you for the answer. I expected to see the customer PO field shaded as required at the time I created the order header.
What do you mean by shaded? do you mean the field shoudl be mandatory?
Yes, that is what I was expecting to see. It was like that back in 11.5.10. Now I know that you will get the message when you book instead.
