Possible to Update Point Cloud?

Experts -


Is it true that there is currently no method to modify existing points or add new points to a Point Cloud?  If so, does that mean that we would have to reconstruct the entire point cloud using the sdo_pc.create_pc function if we wanted to modify exiting points or add new points?

Update: Just in case anyone has this question in the future.

I did some experimentation and the CEO record needs to have a null value in its parent key field in the

original data table before the scripts are run to build and populate the parent-child relationship table.
