    User is not able to change the password or languge in Knowledge Center

      KC is running on version 11.1.0.2 and everything is working fine. Except, if a user clicks on "User profile" and tries to change the language or his/her password, the changes are no reflected. I have checked the option for "Modify Profile" and "Change their password" under KC > Manager > Server.

      Have anybody seen anything like this? any suggestions what needs to be checked?
