    Change the Colors in KC from default blue to my own colour of choice

    Tinito

      I have been trying to change/customize the colours of the KC using the document I found at the following location: Oracle User Productivity Kit/Professional Release 11.1.0.2 PDF Documentation Library on page 54 and page 55 points:

      - 12.2.6 Customize Subject Outline Highlight Colors

      - 12.2.7 Change the Frame Border Color

      I have created a .cus file as advised in the document and I have managed to customize text etc but am now wanting to change the borders from the default blue to a different colour. In the above 2 points, I have followed all the steps, but my colour is still not changing from the default blue to my preferred colour. is there something I am doing wrong? I have out the colour code in resources, in items and I also attempted in removing the locations part of it to no avail.

      my .cus file looks like this:

      <?xml version="1.0"?>

      <language langcode="en" name="English">
