Anyone has any experience in the following integration with Avaya phone system:
The Goal is:
In case the client is calling us for next time, then we should get all his details and inquires before the receptionist picks up the phone.i.e., the Caller ID should go automatically into the DB or into APEX URL.
This way, we avoid Typos and we can know who is calling us ( in case the caller ID already exists ) in advance and we can say:"Welcome back Mr. X "
Then the application will check if the phone number already exists and gives the calls history of that caller ID. or it is just a new caller ID.
Anyone can help / advise ?
