EPMA deploy will not change account property in HFM application

Hi

We are using EPMA to manage our HFM metadata in vsn 11.1.2.2.

We have changed an account property in the shared library - but this change does not deploy to the application.  Other changes will deploy without any issues - but taking the 'is consolidated' flag off of an account will not deploy to the application.

Why?  And how can we ensure that all changes will deploy to the application going forward?
