    how to set Password Reset timing required for new supplier setup in isupplier?

      Looking for information on how to extend the amount time allowed for Password resets on new Suppliers setup in iSupplier.  The email gives about 3 days for the password to be reset and several suppliers wait closer the response time for an RFQ before they log into the system and now the password is locked.   Usually the RFQ is sent out 2 weeks ahead and if supplier waits a week they are stuck.  Thanks for help.           You can simply use the System Profile Option "POS: Supplier User Account Password Expiration Days" to set the Password Expiration Days to the desired # of days you want.

           

           

          1. Here's the navigation - Go to System Administrator responsibility > Profile > System > Look for Profile Option "POS: Supplier User Account Password Expiration Days"

          2. Upon query, set the profile to the desired level and save your changes.

           

           

          You may either set at a global 'Site' level or simply setup for a specific Supplier User at 'User' level.
