Add Connection fails after configuring for access to SQL Server

user3578936Apr 29 2014 — edited Apr 30 2014

I am running SQL Developer 1.5.5, which installed with Oracle Database Client 11.2.0.4.  I downloaded jdts-1.3.1.jar and added its location in Tools > Preferences > Database > Third Party JDBC Driver (Add Entry) to configure capability to access SQL Server.  Now I can no longer get a dialog box to open when I try to Add Connections.  Does anyone have any insights, please?

You cannot send email from a dynamic IP address. You must use an SMTP relay service for this purpose.  All of this has nothing to do with DynDNS or services they offer.
