In general you can use Top command to see the current cpu usage at that point of time.
Fusion middleware control can also be used to check the CPU usage of wls servers.
FMW control is shipped only if you have any Fusion middleware component installed such as Soa, Portal, OID, Forms...etc
I have used the mpstat command.
As per my understanding ,to fetch CPU Utilization one should use OS commands like top,mpstat etc.
And these will be changing real-time.Why would the historical data for this detail should be stored somewhere!
But if want to store it, create a shell script that will redirect the mpstat/top output in a file.And add this shell script as a cron job.
