is set to "Highest level item".
Also we have a Constrained Plan.

In Item Relationships, we do not have the Reciprocal box checked. Under Planning Details, we do have Partial Fulfillment checked.
My question is that ASCP is generating Planned Orders on both the Old and the New part and I want to know if it is considering the Planned Order on the Old part, when making recommendations for Planned Orders on the New part. You see the Old part is not purchaseable so the Planned Orders are not releasing to any supplier but are being recommended every week. So, if the Planned Order did not exist on the Old Part, would the Planned Order on the New Part be different/greater.
