            Hi ,

            PATH

            --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

            /dev/ASM_FRA_Disk13  <------- visible in node 1

            /dev/ASM_DATA_Disk1

            node 2

            =====

            $ ls -l /dev/ASM_FRA_Disk13

            crw-rw----    1 grid     dba          25, 15 May 08 12:01 /dev/ASM_FRA_Disk13

            + Are you able to do dd read on that device from node 2 from grid OS user .

            + If yes, then try to create a diskgroup with this disk as dummy with force option if group number of that disk is 0 and FRA diskgroup is mounted on all nodes.

            Node 1,

            sql> create diskgroup dummy external redundancy disk '/dev/ASM_FRA_Disk13' force;

            + Then try to do dd read again ,does it failing with device busy .

               That means device is not shared properly at OS level .

            Check disk level attribute and take action accordingly .

            Refer::-------

            ===========

            Error ORA-27091, ORA-27072 When Mounting Diskgroup (Doc ID 422075.1)

            + If dd was working fine,try to mount that diskgroup on node 2 manually

            + If it mounts ,dismount it on any one of nodes and drop dummy diskgroup where it is mounted

            + Then add that disk into FRA diskgroup again.

            Regards,
