I'm trying to use the LBYPROC with a filter script to only retrieve certain faps that will be promoted to a different environment. No matter what I try I get back a huge number of results, even though I can use the Documaker app, go to the Library and enter the description and only 2 results show. I've tried saving the script from Documaker and it still doesn't work. Here is the filter:
<DOCUMENT TYPE="RPWIP" VERSION="11.5">
<DESC VALUE="ABCDEF - Executive Assurance - PHASE 100 - SFM 99999 - EXEASSURANCE MAIN PAGE TSB 5555B"/>
I am calling it in a .bat file that has the following:
LBYPROC.EXE /I=E:\ABC\ABCProdAutoPromote\filter5.LSC /INI=E:\ABC\DC0SQL\mstrres\SQLSTG\FSIUSER.INI /TEST /P /S
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for any help!
When you say a "huge" set is returned, it might be helpful if you can describe what the matching set appear to be.
Does it match on the name and you get all the revisions when you only expected the last revision?
Or are you getting all kinds of resources that match the names besides just FAPs or FORs?
I'm hopeful that if you can describe the result set, then there might be an explanation for why the script is returning those values.
