We have a customer with this critical issue on Production enviroment, that is using WCC Records integrated with SES, and they also added OAM for the SSO layer. They reported the SES and Records integration was behaving as expected before OAM, but when it was added the document indexing was happening, but the search results wasn’t appearing.
They also reported that no error is showed, so it made us think that for some reason the authentication/authorization was lost, and the results are not being shown because the solution erroneous understands that the user does not have the correct privileges.
Anyone has any idea or suggestion about the cause of this behavior?
