There's source control, and then there's 'other stuff.'
If you're just talking about doing straight up of versioning of files - you should be able to use ANY SVN client with your IDE.
With SQL Developer, we have version 3.2 which has a 1.6 SVN client built in, and we have version v4 which has a 1.7 SVN client - with basic support for 1.8.
Devs get their files, check them out, branch, merge, code, compile - whatever.
Thanks for the reply. So ultimately, the dev team needs to give me the files they want versioning for so I can add them to svn and then they can use their client to do what they have to do.
