    Not Authorized to View Oracle Workflow Attachments

      Hi, i was able to insert and attach documents to a transaction record and attach it to a workflow notification.

      However, when i click on it on the workflow notification it displays "You are not authorized to see this information.".

      *PS. I'm using a test environment and when i open the attachment it shows the URL of our Production Environment.

       

      But when i select the transaction through an application, the attachment is available and can be retrieved.

       

      I'm thinking this is setup-related problem in the directory.

       

      Any Advice?

          Hi, some additional information.

          I tried looking through some old notifications in our production environment,

          however, the same thing occured.

          It stated that I am not allowed to view the attachment (even though i am in the same environment).

           

          i'm kind of getting clueless here. at first i thought it was a directory issue. but i looked though so many documents and found that there were no required setups for the file attachment directories.

           

          can anyone help? would really appreciate it.
