Hi, some additional information.
I tried looking through some old notifications in our production environment,
however, the same thing occured.
It stated that I am not allowed to view the attachment (even though i am in the same environment).
i'm kind of getting clueless here. at first i thought it was a directory issue. but i looked though so many documents and found that there were no required setups for the file attachment directories.
can anyone help? would really appreciate it.
