In which module/product are you creating the service request? You have mentioned service module. Is it from iProcurement?

This is basically comes under Customer Support not in iProc.
we are creating a item master in inventory and same we are not able to see while creating warranty claim service request in customer support module.
Mainly we want to know what exactly the parameter required in "Service" Tab of Item master creation so that we can able to see the item while creating service request.
Hope you understand our query.
The Customer Support is not handled by Procurement. You may need to move the entry to Inventory community.
