I use GG 12.1.2 with Oracle Database 188.8.131.52.0 + patch for integrated capture: 18002373.
my replicat config is as follows:
DBOPTIONS SETTAG 00
SQLEXEC 'select 133 from dual'
--SQLEXEC 'dbms_ddl.set_trigger_firing_property('''SH''', '''TR_BI_TEST02''', FALSE)'
DISCARDFILE ./dirrpt/r02.dsc, purge
MAP sh.TEST02, TARGET sh.TEST02;
query "select 133 from dual" is executed with no errors, but i can't get it work to use set_trigger_firing_property - everything i get ora-00900 invalid query, no matter how do i define it, double aposthrophs...
I don't think it's possible at this point. For heartbeat tables, it might be easier to just use a DEFAULT SYSDATE on the column that you want to populate with the timestamp data, or you can use OGG's built in transformation to perform the changes that you are doing in the trigger.
Thanks for the response, finally i have used OGG transformation to populate the column with current timestamp.
