just a guess, but using "static-context-path" creates an own war-file ("i424.war" in your case) - could this really works in standalone mode? Or does it probably only works, when the war-file can be deployed to an application server...?

In standalone mode I don't use WAR files at all, the images are accessed from a file system directory.
This is the command to start ORDS in standalone:
java -jar ords.war standalone --apex-images /home/oracle/ords/images --static-context-path /i424
Unfortunately the argument --static-context-path doesn't seem to have any effect here.
Try to edit the apex.properties file in your ORDS configuration directory and set:
Then start ORDS without the --static-context-path parameter. It seems the command line parameter does not carry over the slash.
