We have confidential tables/data in our database (example bank account nos, credit card nos, and the like)
Since our app has on-going modification or enhancements, we need to give the developer team test data that are realistic so the the test output will be realistic too.
The app testing should pass the validation criteria for all the test conditions,scenario, requirements similar to the live data.
Is there a tool in oracle that will convert values of confidential columns to another value. Maybe a function that will change first and last 4 digits or anything like it?
