The previous answer is correct. To achieve what you want, you would have to utilize some type of external scripting to rename the files after the fact.
Anyone familiar with Windows and not Unix might be confused by this question and answer, but Unix cares about the case of the file name. On Unix, the names "abc.dat", "Abc.dat", "ABC.dat", and "aBc.dat" would all be considered different files. Windows would map all those names to a single file. Because Documaker users often do their design and development on Windows and then transfer the files to Unix for production, the product has adopted the philosophy that all Unix names will be lowercase'd before use. That way you don't to maintain two different sets of INI files or any other resource files that may be edited on Windows by multiple users.
