& if still you are not able to solve the issue by yourself, then paste the log from the particular log file.

Have you done with successful installation and configuration?Check the log for the same.
Can you paste the Bi server logs..
Or restarts Server and try again.
Try to check error in server logs. Please post the same here also.

Any chance you´ve changed the server IP after installation ?
