Load Balance Configuration failed with Shared Connection Failed after upgrade from to

We have our EPM system got upgraded from to and its a distrubuted Environment (Windows 2008 Server) and in one of the server, we have installed FDM and after upgrade from to

When we are doing the  Load Balance Configuration FDM,  Shared services is getting failed with " Shared Services Connection Failed"

      What did i do:

Removed all entries from the Load Balance DCOM object {E652643D...} and Application Server Config {26AD6592..} and COMJNIBridge DCOM objects. Re-ran epm config for FDM application server

and reconfigured the FDM Application server with user mycmsc\svc_hyperionfdm. Load Balance config still fails the Shared Services connection with error 'Shared Services Connection Failed'.

Tried local admin user but fails in the same way
