When we attach a file in Oracle in different applications > Different forms, I know the details are stored in various FND Tables. But how are documents cached and stored with in EBS. How much storage space do we need if we attach 6000 MB of documents stored with in EBS. Is there a way to monitor or Encrypt the file with lower storage space so that it doesn't occupy more space over a period of time. Client is planning to scan all AP Invoice and attached on the Invoice. There are avg . of 6000 MB fo files every month. Whether to store it with in Oracle or Outside Oracle needs to be decided based on how much storage space required with in EBS. Could you please give me some input on this?
