    User defined PL/SQL report ignores line breaks and shows in propotional font

      Hello!

      I am using SQL Developer 4.0.2.15 (Build 15.21) on Windows 7 with the bundeled JAVA VM.

      (as i get the localized names in the GUI i have to translate them back to English - the may not be exactly the correct original names)

      I am trying to migrate some manually executed PL/SQL scripts to reports.

      When executing the PL/SQL block in sql worksheet window i get the expected result in the DBMS-Output window.

      When i put the same block of PL/SQL in a user defined report (Type PL/SQL Output) i get the output displayed without any line breaks and NOT in a monospaced font.

      How can i set up the report to be shown in the same way like the DBMS-Output windows?

      Simplified Example:

      PL/SQL-block:

      Begin

        dbms_output.put_line('Line 1');

        dbms_output.put_line('Line 2');

        dbms_output.put_line('Line 3');

        dbms_output.put_line('Line 4');

        dbms_output.put_line('Line 5');

      End;

      Output in DBMS-Output window:

      Line 1

      Line 2

      Line 3

      Line 4

      Line 5

      [monospaced font like Courier]

      Output from report:

      Line 1 Line 2 Line 3 Line 4 Line 5

      [proportionl font like Times]

      Regards

      Andreas
