      The warnings , i suppose, aren't the real problem. The problem is the ORA-1017.

      Ok, I checked :

      On production (bsr):

      SQL> show parameter remote_login_passwordfile

      NAME

      ------------------------------------ TYPE                                         VALUE

      -------------------------------------------- ------------------------------

      remote_login_passwordfile

      string                                       EXCLUSIVE

      On far_sync:

      SQL> show parameter remote_login_passwordfile

      NAME

      ------------------------------------ TYPE                                         VALUE

      -------------------------------------------- ------------------------------

      remote_login_passwordfile

      string                                       EXCLUSIVE

      - On far_sync   is a oassword file orapwFAR_SYNC

      - On production, bsr is a password file in ASM, but I also genereated ( only for a try) a orapwBSR  file in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs

      This all function without an error:

      On bsr:

      [oracle@dbb-n15-01 /]$ sqlplus sys/password@bsr as sysdba

      [oracle@dbb-n15-01 /]$ sqlplus sys/password@far_sync as sysdba

      On far_sync:

      [oracle@dbb-n15-03 /]$ sqlplus sys/password@bsr as sysdba

      [oracle@dbb-n15-03 /]$ sqlplus sys/password@far_sync as sysdba

      I can conenct without problems.

      I use the  same tnsnames on both machines:

      Maybe, any idea ? Or is there a chance, to check this issue a little bit more ?

      Thnaks!

          Hello;

          Would check for issue in these broker properties"

          LocalListenerAddress and StaticConnectIdentifier

            Good morning mseberg,

            what I see is ,that  I do not have this service_names. for example on far_sync

            show far_sync verbose far_sync

            Fernsynchronisierung - far_sync

              Transport Lag:     (unbekannt)

              Instanzen:

                far_sync

              Eigenschaften:

                DGConnectIdentifier             = 'far_sync'

                LogXptMode                      = 'ASYNC'

                RedoRoutes                      = ''

                Binding                         = 'optional'

                MaxFailure                      = '0'

                MaxConnections                  = '1'

                ReopenSecs                      = '300'

                NetTimeout                      = '30'

                RedoCompression                 = 'DISABLE'

                LogShipping                     = 'ON'

                TransportLagThreshold           = '0'

                TransportDisconnectedThreshold  = '30'

                ArchiveLagTarget                = '0'

                LogArchiveMaxProcesses          = '4'

                LogArchiveMinSucceedDest        = '1'

                InconsistentProperties          = '(monitor)'

                InconsistentLogXptProps         = '(monitor)'

                LogXptStatus                    = '(monitor)'

                StaticConnectIdentifier         = '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=dbb-n15-03)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=far_sync_DGMGRL)(INSTANCE_NAME=far_sync)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))'

                StandbyArchiveLocation          = 'USE_DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST'

                AlternateLocation               = ''

                LogArchiveTrace                 = '0'

                LogArchiveFormat                = '%t_%s_%r.arc'

                TopWaitEvents                   = '(monitor)'

            On the far syn I have only :

            Services Summary...

            Service "far_sync" has 2 instance(s).

              Instance "bsr", status UNKNOWN, has 1 handler(s) for this service...

              Instance "far_sync", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service...

            Service "far_sync_DGB" has 1 instance(s).

              Instance "far_sync", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service...

            The command completed successfully

            Hmm this could not be the problem, I createt a far_sync_DGMGRL, also I changed StaticConnectIdentifier. But, I can  also connect from production on far_sync with:

            sqlplus sys/xxxx@'(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=dbb-n15-03)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=far_sync_DGMGRL)(INSTANCE_NAME=far_sync)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))' as sysdba

            I suppose, that there is  nothing comes back from the far sync (not that it isn't found )  when I

            type show far_sync  verbose far_sync, cause  in the log of far_syn I can always see:

            drcfar_sync.log:

            07/17/2014 11:35:12

              Hello again;

              Looks like the far sync is missing _DGMGRL in the listener which would create a Broker issue.

              I would expect to see this in the summary you posted.

              I know you say you created far_sync_DGMGRL, but I don't see it. Would check the entry for hidden characters and unwanted white space.

              Best Regards

                Means this, that the far_sync do not answer to the primary (bsr) cause the far_sync isn't able to send requested

                How can I check with what connect the far_sync tries  to send data back ? I watched the  log of the  primary, I saw also a Service bsr_DGB on primary that I do not have ( and do not want ):
