Upgradation of OBIEE version from 10g to 11g

I recently upgraded my OBIEE 10g to 11g

But while doing so I received a below error while generating the report.

Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P

The report does not bring back data when run in Answers. It’s an Union Report. All other reports on the same
dashboard page (which are no Union Reports) are working as expected. This
reports works fine on different Server.

Please let me know what actually is causing this error as there are only few reports left that are not working on upgraded version.
