You can Use Conditional Formatting to highlight based on the highest Measure Value.
Thanks for your response. Can you please elaborate on how I can conditionally format the row with the highest measure value.
You will need to apply conditional formatting on all columns as below,
GoTo Column Properties>Conditional Properties> Set condition >>OK>Set background color e.g Red
Similarly set above condition to all columns with same background color and same measure condition.
After executing you would see row Highlighted for higher measure value.

Thanks. The problem I am having is how I can set the condition. I do not have a fixed value to compare against. Among the rows that are queried the one with the highest value needs to be highlighted. Please let me know if this is possible.
Putting Pavani's suggestion technically that would be like
Pulle COL1 twice and then go for expression
case when COL1=MAX(COL1) then 1 else 0 end
and then COL1 conditional format for condition 1
