Unifier 9.8 Deployed via IE 8 Citrix

We are trying to deploy IE 8 via Citrix to remain compatible with browser requirements. Some pages do not load although 80% of the application appears to be functional. Is IE 8 via citrix compatible with Unifier 9.8? Citirx IE 8 is serving from MS Windows Server 2008.
