Can you let me know the version of smartview ?
Have you checked the smartview option to verify the Shared Connection URL mentioned there.Also put the URL in a browser and check ?
Any updates happened after which the issue started ?
Also could you please check the Smartview log. It may have some information about the issue. Also check for any recent changes in the environment. Is this the issue in one environment or for all the users smartview.
If possible apply the latest version of smartview and test the same

Do you run into any error during the refresh of the existing sheet?If yes,then what is the error/warning?
What are the versions of FR and smartivew respectively?
