Which browser are you using when you test (including version) and do you see any difference with another browser? E.g. if you're using IE does this work in Firefox? Do you see the same problems for all users?
Using Firefox v30.0. Its the same with IE as well.
- 1. Is DRM Up and running?
- 2. Try Using Google Chrome
- 3. If you wish to use IE, Go to Tools -> Comparability View Settings -> Un-Check All the Check boxes.
Try to restrart DRM webserver and try login DRM client if below suggestions doesnt work.
The issue was resolved. I changed the .NET Framework version in inetmgr from v2 to v4 and then I could see it working.
