Privileges for Planning Application for exporting data from FDMEE

Hi

I am exporting data from FDMEE to my planning Application.

I have created a user and assigned it with relevant roles and privileges.(Essbase Write Access,Planner)

When I am executing data rule it is throwing an error at the time of export

[HPLService] Info: Error: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot lock olap file object. Essbase Error(1051041): Insufficient privilege for this operation

What other rights need to be given to this specified user
