    Generating URIs in PL/SQL

I've got a REST resource that accepts a list of columns to be returned in the JSON output. Obviously, I'm using PL/SQL to do this. I've already worked out how to run the dynamic query and convert the results into JSON, but I'd like to include URIs for Next Page, Previous Page, and child resources. In order to do that, I need the runtime hostname and port for the web server. Since ORDS is so sparsely documented, I have been unable to figure out how to get that data to build those URIs. It would also be useful elsewhere because I use an uncouth template scheme that is causing the URIs generated with $ref to be wrong.

      Any help is appreciated.
