invoices not able to view in IPM Viewer tool

Hi,

i have processed the invoice from webcenter Capture to IPM. i am able to see the processed invoice  in IPM.

But, when i select the invoice and click on Open option in IPM, invoice image did not display in viewer tool.

it is showing error in below when open the viewer tool of the IPM .

Error:
A cache exception occurred. J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get Error counting pages while loading cache entry J2EE JOC-043 base exception: null

To download and view locally, use the Download menu item from the File menu of the Viewer.

Anybody Please help us to resolve this issue.
